For the first time
Carlos Ramirez Rotisserie Pork is present during a festival of Peruvian cuisine
called Peru Fest, to be held this October 4th and 5th in the city of Miami at
the Fair Expo Center. As a resullt, this delicious Huaralino dish crosses
borders to be released in the U.S. market. It is worth mentioning that our
famous Rotisserie Pork dish is becoming more popular due to its participation
in the International Gastronomic Fair Mistura (APEGA), because for 6
consecutive years it has come to be one of the favorite dishes amongst its
consumers due to its exquisite flavor and crunchy texture. Peruvians in the
United States will soon have the chance to try this Peruvian delicacy.
